In the field of agricultural machinery, we have been researching for a long time. As companies of agricultural machinery roll out new models, agricultural machinery also begins to have DPF & AdBlue exhaust systems. These exhaust systems must be annoying problems that increase maintenance costs in the future.
Today we are going to introduce tractor John Deere 6130R, the owner has the concept of maintenance technology, and quite disgusted with the system of EGR & DPF & AdBlue. It is often necessary to regenerate the operation in the middle of farming, and then consume urea at a high cost. Therefore, the owner asks MYS to solve all the exhaust systems at one time.
Through discussing with the owner, we decided to develop an exclusive DPF exhaust pipe without destroying any parts for farming machines. It is manufactured by measuring real vehicles which is high integrity and more detailed texture. It can effectively increase the engine output, decrease operating temperature, fuel consumption and maintenance costs.
While programing, we began to disassemble the stock DPF section, and then installed our MYS DPF exhaust pipe. The advantage of special car development is directly install on car that there is no need to modify any stock parts due to the relationship between space or angle. The owner greatly appreciates the quality of the exhaust pipe.
At the same time, many farmers who are remain on the sidelines came to observation. They discuss a lot of upgrade information with each other. We really appreciate their support and affirmation.
John Deere 6130R is designed with a 4.5-liter four-cylinder engine. The stock maximum rated horsepower is 130hp and the rated speed is 2100rpm. The engine output is relatively smooth. When the soil is hard, it can only downshift to maintain the torque output.
After MYS ECU tuning, EGR revised, DPR signal revised and installed MYS DPF exhaust (stainless steel), the power upgraded 38~40hp and the torque enhanced 10~10.5kgm.
The overall performance greatly increases the working efficiency. The problems of exhaust system are completely eliminated that the fault message won’t displayed anymore, and there is no longer a situation when the light is on that the horsepower be locked. What benefit farmers are reduce maintenance costs and time.
Between before and after:
◆ The speed enhance at least 3~5 kilometers away.
◆ The engine output is fuller, and it is easier to deal with hard soil.
