Five years ago, this VOLVO 420 has been upgraded MYS ECU. The performance of power and fuel consumption was perfect at that time, which made great help to car owner. However, a month ago, when the owner was about to leave the house, he found that the vehicle couldn’t start because of computer broken. After replacing the new stock computer, although the problem was solved, the performance restored to stock.
We use the testing equipment to judge the vehicle condition first, finding that the output efficiency of the turbine has been reduced. Then, we ask the customer to repair it before tuning to ensure that tuning can be the best performance.
Stock P-BOX record:
0-60km/h acceleration time is 28.3 seconds.
After MYS ECU Tuning, P-BOX record:
0-60km/h acceleration time is 22.6 seconds.
The performance upgraded 70~80hp and 28~30kgm. The torque outputs fully 200~300rpm in advance. We especially focus on tuning for the range of 1000~1400rpm to increase the power when heavy-loaded. When climbing, it gets one more gear power than before. Not to mention that the fuel economy will be better.
