MITSUBISHI V6120
Mitsubishi agricultural machinery accounted for 70% of the entire Taiwanese market in the 1970s and 1980s. Almost every farmhouse has a Mitsubishi agricultural machine. However, as time goes by, it has gradually been replaced by other new brands. As a result, the factory manager especially contacted MYS to improve vehicle performance and hoped they can hit the market again.
Combine V6120 has 120hp like three other major brands, but the different part is the weight. V6120 is more 100~200kg than others which greatly reduces the sensitivity and power of V6120.
Before tuning, we required that the factory manager should go farming test with us. In the stock state, cutting speed was about 1.5~1.6km/hr, and the load signal closed to the red line critical point. When turning, it is obvious that the steering was not smooth due to the weight.
After this Mitsubishi V6120 completed the MYS ECU tuning, we went farming test again with factory manager in the same field. The cutting speed increased to 1.8~2.0km/hr, and the load signal was maintained steadily in the safety range. The problems of power lackness and insufficient steering sensitivity were totally solved, so the factory manager said he was pleased with our achievement.
