ISEKI 95
This ISEKI 95 is the third tractor of the owner, Mr. Hsu. Since the area of the field in Hsinchu is relatively small, there are many restrictions on work that's why he can't buy a larger powerful model. The stock performance of the ISEKI 95 is weak for Mr. Hsu while working, it can't cope with the poor conditions in the field. Therefore, the owner found our MYS team to upgrade his tractor to be more powerful that he can work easier, save time and fuel consumption.
We will check the vehicle condition and ask the maintenance habits of the owner before the operation, in order to ensure that the ECU upgrade is performed in a good condition. After the inspection, we recorded the owner habits of daily using, the speed commonly used during farming, the depth of the cultivation department ... etc. which are all factors we considered. The tuning will focus on these needs and how to match with the rotary plough.
After MYS tractor tuning, this ISEKI 95 increased about 28 ~ 32hp and 12 ~ 14kgm. We took the farming test right away, going to the field with the owner Hsu to experience the differences. Under the same farming conditions, the speed was maintained at 2nd and 3rd speed before; now, the speed was increased to 2nd and 4th speed. In addition to get one more speed power, the engine speed is also easier to maintain. The harsh conditions in the field wouldn’t damage the engine anymore, and relatively the fuel consumption can save a lot.
