Mr. Chen driving DAF LF55.280 delivers goods every day in Kaohsiung city, he thought it's powerless when heavy loaded. While vehicle start after stopping the red light, it's obvious that the low-speed torque output is not good. He had to rev. up before the shift for the gearbox shifting dynamic response slowly which lead heavy on oil.
Mr. Chen heard we can solve those troubles by tuning, so he asked for help. Before tuning, MYS team recorded the stock 0~60km/h acceleration time with P-BOX first. It's came out 23 seconds.
After MYS ECU Tuning, the turbine opening time was obviously more than 200 rpm ahead of stock setting. Original 280hp boosted to 340hp and plus 20kgm. The most obvious difference was that the response of gearbox become smarter!! Excellent performance made the power connection after the shift more perfect, output whenever needed. We recorded 0~60km/h acceleration time with P-BOX again. It came out 20.7 seconds, faster 2.3 seconds than stock! Driver's feedback:
Originally, a bucket of 160 liters diesel only could drive 12 times in four days. Now I can drive 15 times in five days. Average a bucket save 15 liters! Delivery three times more than before! Besides, AdBlues consumption from 40 liters to 30 liters in 4000km. What the amazing outcome!
